Four or five times a week! I personally enjoy fish, but I don't feel like
eating it every day. Once a week or even once a month is enough for me. I
eat cabbage too, sometimes. I don't worry about my iodine levels. I eat
what appeals to me and trust that I get the nutrients I need. So far I
haven't experienced any problems with my thyroid gland. I remember when I
was a kid and first learned about goiter I was so worried I constantly
checked the circumference of my neck. In case you thi
nk you need more
iodine, try kelp.

What kind of mixtures are you talking about? I would rather drink milk or
eat some cheeze in order to get iodine than touch refined iodized salt.
It's poison.

My mother was worried too a while ago because one or more of our relatives
have had problems with thyroid glands. Not all thyroid disorders are iodine
related. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/thyroiddiseases.html
