No, thanks for the answers - and the list answers are not only for me. There
might be someone else worrying about the same thing.
Somewhere I read that there is iodine in drinking water as well. Still, it
is the amount of iodine needed that I think of. Is it enough to eat fish 4
or 5 times a week as I do ? - at the same time I eat a lot of cabbage too.

I am rather suspicious of mixtures coming from God knows where because as
soon as a health substance is presented in the western world and gets
popular it will change its contents to something it was not before. If I
have to I'd rather buy iodinized salt. We've hade som thyroidea problems in
my family so I'm a bit concerned.
