The Heil mic offerd has been the Gold Line GM-4. It has no up/down or
function buttons. Only a ptt and a small toggle switch to switch between
the two mic elements. Comes with a desk stand and long mic cable that has
8 pin plug on one end to mate with rig and xlr connector on other end to
mate with mic. Cable also has a jack to plug in a foot switch. Not sure
I'd pay the $150 it sells for, but for free it's a nice deal. Hope you can
get it. If you don't like it, sell it.

Have fun with the new toy, Steve KW3A
