I suppose if the thread is going down this path the subject line should be
changed, but:

If you are talking about commercial airlines to ground, I've heard them in
the 6 mhz band at night.  Sorry don't have an exact freq.

For military air to ground 2  good ones are 11.176 and 15.016 mhz usb.

Perhaps someone has a site for accesible freq list.  Lots of neat stuff out
there in that no man's land between the ham bands.
