Hi gang,
Wayne K9DI here. I'd like to chime in here about the HTX202 , a
very nice 2M HT.
The 202 is what I would call a "Workhorse" rig...This little rig has
alot of nice features, has decent pwr output and actually has buttons and a a
screen that is fairly readable, as well as being rugged...
The HTX202 was the first ham rig I ever owned. As a
foolish youngster I traded my first one for some Heath gear..:(
I own one agn and have another in reserve (for my XYL when she
gets her ham ticket). I kick myself everytime I think back on when I
didn't make the jump and buy the HTX404 when it was still made...
