Contact handihams.  They make a "beam location indicator".  I have one, and
it works great!  It costs about $30 if I remember correctly.  It detects
voltage differences, depending upon the direction, and makes an audible
indication for where you are.  I just labeled the positions of the pointer
for certain directions, and I was all set.
