John,

Disregard my other post.  You said if you disable the firewall it works fine.
Then, besides opening up the ports on the router, you need to do the same thing
in your firewall software for UDP 5198 and 5199 and TCP 5200.

I did that,  it didn't work though. if I disable the firewall it works fine
