First of all, _please_ set your email program so it doesn't send messages in
HTML...thanks.

Yes, you can get a digest and to do so, do the following:

Send a message to

[log in to unmask]    u

and in the body of the message, place the following command

set blind-hams digest

Note the spelling as you were consistently misspelling the word "digest."
