Chevy's (mexican w/gf menu e-mail for a list)
Applebee's (plain grilled salmon, white rice, garlic butter, riblets, bread, baked pot., veggies all suggested)
Bandana's (BBQ sauce gf, ribs, chicken, turkey, baked beans, slaw)
Cracker Barrel: Home frys, Grits, Turkey sausage, hamburger steak, Pork
chop, Grilled catfish, ham, green beans, grilled chicken, bacon, corn.
Hash brown casserole - NO!
Denny's: Hash browns, beef patty, bacon, sliced/shaved ham, corned beef
hash, eggs/omelets, side and deluxe garden salad (plain, if vinegar is an
issue with you) No croutons..
First Watch: Chesterfield and Creve Coeur. GF menu on the Internet.
Firstwatch.com......I wasn't aware that if you mention that you can't eat
the roll, they will substitute fruit or some side dish.
Fuddrucker's: Written up by Bob Levy (Bob and Ruth's GF Dining Club)..I'm
not sure how legal it is for me to list all of their GF selections. May I
generalize to include grilled meat, hot dogs, French fries, chili and
baked beans.
IHOP: Caution: omelet batter contains flour as do the buckwheat pancakes.
Suggest fresh eggs, most breakfast meats, fruits, tossed salad, baked
potato, hamburger patties, grilled cod (prepared without flour)
Il Vicino - 41 N. Central in Clayton. Marvelous salads plus fabulous
flourless chocolate cake.
Jack-in-the-Box: Chicken breast fillet, chili, fried egg, hamburger,
julienne chicken, pork sausage, rice. No French fries or hash browns.
Kaffee Haus: Part of what was Schneidhorst's on Lindberg and Clayton Rd.
Their grilled chicken and bison burgers were recommended.
Longhorn Steakhouse: They previously listed certain GF items when called.
Please refer to recent post. They suggest plain, non spiced steaks, beef
kabobs, chicken kebobs that have not been 'jacarded'.
Macaroni Grill: Mossarella alla Caprise, portobello mushrooms, NZ Green
lip Mussels (no pasta), honey Balsamic chicken, pork chops, Tuscan
rib-eye, filet fiernza (no demi glace).
Mai Lee: U. City. Rice paper rolls and Vietnamese soups to die for. One
person wrote that the server told her that all entrees starting with #46
are GF (you may have to substitute the spring roll for the egg roll in
some entrees) 
Tony Marino's: Manchester Rd. in Chesterfield. They have several risotto
selections, roasted chicken, steaks and chops.
Norton's Cafe: Soulard area. It was reported that many of the staff was
familiar with GF selections. Particularly recommended was their shrimp
over rice and Cheesecake - NO FLOUR!
Outback: There is a GF menu on their website. The manager at each site
can print it out if you forget to bring it with you. The Chocolate
Brownies are GF!!!
St. Louis Bread Co: Rumor has it that they are revising their GF
selections. However, to date they still include most salads and soup
selections. The recommended soups were Veg. Lentil, Veg. Black Bean;
Savory Veg. Bean, Potato Cream cheese, vegetarian Veg. Gumbo, Mesa Veg.
Bean, Moroccan tomato lentil. Greek, Fandango, Caesar (no croutons),
Asian sesame chicken salad (no wonton noodles), classic salad, strawberry
poppy seed and chicken - all GF. (Numerous locations)
Salsa Grill: Olive Blvd just West of Ross Road. steaks, chicken, chips
and salsa.
Stir Crazy: Creve Coeur. Thai Curry chicken, Chow Fun with Oyster Sauce,
rice noodles, Stir fry items red curry sauce, veggie stock, chicken
stock. All listed GF
Sweet Tomatoes: Soups: squash, lentil, navy bean, black bean, spicy bean,
split pea, veg. medley and chili - all GF.
Top of the Riverfront: Downtown. Many reported their having many
selections including FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE TART for dessert.
Wendy's: Hamburger, chili, potatoes, salad bar, taco salad (no tortilla),
side salad, deluxe garden salad, grilled chicken salad, grilled chicken
fillet. (Numerous locations)
And, of course, from the ridiculous to the sublime: Tony's. Tell them you
have CD and they will prepare you a GF dinner.  (Very expensive - )

Stores include Tongs in Couer, River City Nutrition Center, Nutrition
Stop,
Wild Oats in Laudue and a Whole Foods near the Galleria Shopping Mall.
