well so does ruth ginsburg except she is radical left,
but the republicans did not obsturt her getting a
vote. estrada was given the highest ranking that the
ABA gives. he has served as sollictor general under
more than one administation. he has argued 15 cases
before the highest court winning i think 12 of them
although i am not sure of that number. the dems wont
allow a vote. they say that he will not answer
questions. he can not properly answer questions on
particular subjects that might become cases he'd have
to rule on. this tradition has went back many year. he
is qualified and he should get a vote, up or down
before the full senate, but, a vote is being blocked
in a why that essenually against what the contitution
says about judges.
