If her living was dependant on selling honey she will do what commercial
beekeeper do.Using heat for efficiency unless purposefully decide to not do
it for quality.

Bees maintain the hive temperature constant and cool down the hive by
fanning with their wings .
For some reasons they want the honey to not get too  hot or too cold .
