while, there is obviously some humanitarian concerns,
but, i don't see mention of terrorist threat to
outside nations, unless the incurssion into sierra
leone was terroristic. no threat to us. that does not
mean that we should not help with peace keeping
forces, but, since the french did not help with irag,
maybe they have some troops to use here. we have got
to be running thin.
