Hi,
Was a piece on CBC and CTV (Canadian) news shows re: benefits of
magnesium for joint pain, fibromyalgia, various heart conditions
(irregular heartbeat).
Most docs recommend 600mg daily. I take 800mg; 400 morning and evening.
I also introduced kelp last week and the improvements/changes are
remarkable. No longer falling asleep after dinner, and no longer require
an afternoon nap. Amazing and mystifying :)
Cheers!
Carla
