Hey Guys,

This is a federal requirement.  Since Handi-hams has to have disability
certification for providing some services, the Health Information Portability
Act requires that you sign certain acknowledgements that you understand and
agree to HIPAA.  It's the same stuff you have to sign when you see your
doctor.
