Hi Rich.

I am using 10 ft of mast.  The counterpoise is essentially a loop of wire
that is a little above head level on four spreader arms.  You will want to
figure on digging a hole to put the base in.  I am trying to remember
whether I used 2 or 4 bags of concrete to set the ground mount.  I remember
that it was quite a job because the lot that my house sits on was back
filled with construction fill, which didn't make digging the hole for the
mount much fun at all.  As for swinging the antenna up into place, two
people can handle it--one to steady the antenna, and one to put the bolts in.
