Hi All,
this is off topic but I'm not sure where else to ask it so I'm going to take
a shot here. This is for our Canadian friends. My xyl and I were in
Victoria, BC last week and when we got change in one establishment we got a
new looking $5 bill which seemed to have a Braille cell in one corner. I
don't remember seeing any other bills with such markings. Is this part of a
new currency design and, if so, how does the system work? If not, any idea
what I felt?
Thanks much and very 73.
