    I would ask your neuro about the eye adaptation difficulty because that
may involve a cranial nerve(a cranial goes directly to the organ effected and
such effects include the control of the eyes) . The word finding problem could
be stress related. A speech pathologist could assist you with that. It could
also be psychological fromthe amount of stress, and it may be a component of
depression which could manifest itself in many ways. I would check all of these
out.
