This is a warning for Australians.  The health department has recalled in excess of 200 products manufactured by Pan Pharmaceuticals, due to poor hygiene and cross contamination of there tablets. They have taken the step of suspending their trading also for 28 days. For further information and a list of the recalled medications( mostly herbal) go to www.tga.health.gov.au and follow the links to the list.

One thing this bought to my mind is that cross contamination does happen and here is a prime example of it.
