Hello,

A wonderful Italian restaurant in my home town (Colroado Springs) is
advertising that they make a gluten-free pasta. My wife called and they told
her that it is made from spelt. I thought we were supposed to avoid spelt.
I would love to start going to this restaurant again, but I am a bit nervous
about this one. Can someone help?

Thanks in advance,

Mike
