Thanks to everyone that was able to provide information about eating
gluten free around the world. I thought some of you may benefit from
some of the information I found, so here it goes!
There is a great Australian page that someone suggested. It can be
found at www.coeliac.org.au. There is also an interesting site for a
Mexican celiac site found at www.celiacosdemexico.com. Although the
site is in Spanish, there are some links that can be found on the
homepage, and some of those sites are in English. The Canadian Celiac
Association can be found at www.calgaryceliac.com. Another great site
was http://www.gluten.net/. This had an advertisement for a gluten free
summer camp I wish I had known about when I was younger! There is also a
great forum to ask questions. This can be found at
http://forums.delphiforums.com/celiac/messages. I did post on this
site, and I'm hoping to get more information soon! Thanks again for all
your help!
