Hi,

The USB Pocket Drives are great. Most newer software recognizes the
device right away as a storage device and you can use Windows explorer
to simple drag and drop files. It adds additional drive letter's) to
your choices.

Windows 98 2nd, Linux, and Mac OS < ver9, may need additional drivers to
function properly if at all. The new ME, win 2k, XP, Mac OS 9, may use
a program that comes with the USB device for security purposes. But it's
not necessary to load and use it if security isn't an issue to you.

To use a CDRW drive for storage is just as simple. Start the program
that came with the
Unit and drag and drop or highlight and click add, to the build side and
when complete start the burn process. There may be a few choices
involving, finalizing and adding additional items, you have to decide
what to do there.

Thanks and have a Great Day!

I have used a computer at home for several years, but have never used
the CDs and DVDs for storing data. Now I have a new PC and with it cam
the USB Pocket Drive which is supposed to be the easy way to store or
transfer data.

I would like to have the procedure to put data on discs and to use the
USB Pocket Drive for transfer and storage of data. Thankyou.
