Tom, what do you have in mind?

I just made a quick-check with brown rice and found what I recalled.
All brown rice (2400 kcal of) has no vitamins A and C.
And is a little low in zinc (62%) and B2 (28%) and K+ (~25%).
Easily complemented with a little fruit and vegetables.

The white rice in my german program has only 28% thiamin (while whole rice
had 185%).

Parboiled (cooked) rice reaches 100% b1, parboiling seems efficient.
