It might help to spell unsubscribe correctly. (Computers are such
literal beasts)

The command in the body of your message to
[log in to unmask]
with a blank subject
would be:

unsubscribe blind-hams

Then send. That's it. No need to be polite. It's just a bot, after
all. Do, however, be mindful of the spelling...you have to have all
the letters in there.
