October is Brain Injury Awareness Month

A blow or jolt to the head can result in a traumatic brain
injury (TBI), which can disrupt the function of the brain.
Each year in the United States, about 1.4 million people
sustain a TBI. To learn more about brain injuries, visit
  CDC's TBI web page.

In recognition of Brain Injury Awareness Month, the Brain Injury
Association
of America is offering educational kits on "Living with Brain Injury."
You can
download these materials free at their website.
