Ruth,
Never seen a cockroach??? Come on down south of the Mason-Dixon line.
Growing up in Virginia, they were infrequent pest guests, a sign of "filth,"
according to my mother. Traveling to Georgia I was introduced to giant
cockroaches locally known as "Palmetto Bugs." Too many to count, not only
were they numerous, they flew like small birds.
As to their excretement, I have had access to large volumes heretofore
undisturbed for some decades. Who knew, that after years of study and
experience that I would have to scoop roach poop to do my work.
