Actually there are two, rec.radio.swap and rec.radio.amateur.swap,
also check out

news.rec.radio.amateur.equipment

I used to see the swap newsgroup with amateru in its tagname back in
Iowa, haven't looked recently, but used to monitor both newsgroups.

Good to be back on email.  Lost my motherboard to my email machine.
Just got this old 486 sx25 dos box running again.
