Hi. I have been working with an older computer that had a bad video adapter: it only displayed 16 colors and some of the programs wouldn't launch. I replaced the video card with another one from an extra machine I had laying around. It worked fine. I moved the tower to the lady's house and now it's back in 16 color mode. I had it set to 16 bit mode when it was here at my house. Is it her monitor? Or is the card bad too? It was an old one. Also, she says she can dial up the internet connection, the computer connects, but the home page won't display no matter which browser she tries to use.
