Hello All,  I have a Dell Latitude CPxJ  Pentium III  500 mhz running Windows XP Pro.,  It has one USB port version 1.1 

Can I use a Laptop accessory, such as a CD-Writer  with USB 2.0 interface ?

Second question : Is it ok to use a USB hub for more USB connections?
