Accessing mathematical content in PDF files

Hi all,

I am attempting to read the PDF at
ftp://ftp.ets.org/pub/gre/GREmathPractice.pdf

  I can read the PDF that is there are no access restrictions etc but the
PDF has math such as fractions and has symbols. The screen reader seems to
be unable to speak the symbols and fractions are a problem because of their
layout. Are there any solutions to convert such PDFs into a screen reader
friendly format?
