Thank you John.  Your response was like a breath of fresh air, and answered
questions I didn't think to ask.

When I've found myself unable to convince, persuade, or otherwise
successfully advocate an accessibility issue, I worked harder to improve my
own communication skills, to learn the arts of persuasion, to find better
methods for delivering the message, etc.

Somewhere along the way, I had forgotten that no matter how skillfully
delivered, that some 'Siberians' (should it be cyber-ians?) may not accept
the message.
