Every time I eat Paleo I get a pressure on my throat and ears, a bit
like a flu coming on. I have written about it a few years ago but it
didn't sound familiar to anyone at that point.
The butcher here in our town who started eating Paleo a few weeks ago it
complaining about the same thing. His ears hurt a bit and it's just
uncomfortable.
Right now I even have a bit of trouble swallowing and wonder what it is.
Strangely enough this time I eat Paleo I hardly had it whereas every
other time it was inconvenient to say the least. Since the few months
that I eat completely Paleo again this is the second time it occurs and
a bit stronger then the last one. I'm thinking if there have been any
changes in diet but can't really think of any now.
Suggestions?

Christy
