liver, ahi tuna, duck, chicken, etc. And I don't get fat. I just sleep it
off, just like my dog after a huge meal. And the satiation lasts well into
the next day.
Binging is excessive indulgence. Which is not the same as eating a lot
and skipping a meal or two.
