> My HFS carries some turkey jerky thaqt is paleo,

raised with natural turkey diet or comercailly raised ?

< but it's very expensive almost $3 for a small single serving packet.

what price does it make to by the pound ?

< Paleo correct jerky won't have any fillers, corn syrup, or preservatives,
maybe just salt. It's hard to come by.

I am producing jerky to sale without anything just plain high quality meats
( grass fed or wild animals )

I don't do great quantities because to raise animals on their original diet
require way more lands and more intellegently managed land than commercial
operations can afford ( who can contend themselves to live off
subventionned agricultural products produced on ecologically damaged
lands )

<If you want to try jerky before investing in a dehydrator, you can make
it in your oven.

oven is way too hot, better to not dry at higher temperature than body
temperature.
