Not much left standing after the factory fire in Pawtucket, R.I. that not
only burned the mill, and 13 homes but ignited and damaged other buildings
in a 10 block area. The flames were propelled by 50 mph winds. Things were
so bad that water sprayed on the fire was blown away making fighting the
fire nearly impossible. I wonder if the BOCA and CABO codes have a section
on fire protection in high winds?
