I'm still here, and I haven't heard about Ken moving away.  Since I have a
close connection with him, I'd hope I would know if he fell off the end of
the earth into the netherworld.  So, you can stop your hyperventilation and
rest assured that your bills are all paid.  I think everyone in the
northern portions of the country are out playing hookie in the sunshine.
