I think you need a BIOS update. But to do that, you will need a CPU the
mobo will support with current BIOS. Try to borrow a duron 600 or old
athlon CPU, use it to flash BIOS.
You may need a new power supply too. your 240w may not meet the requirement
of 1G duron CPU (there are a lot more requirement than just watt, a cheapo
300w is far worse than a good 250w, mini ITX systems only come with 200w
PSU, but can do the job that most cheapo 300w or even 350w couldn't handle).
