Most of the people who work at Vermont ski areas commute from other towns
as they can't afford to live in the towns where the ski areas are, or towns
near them either.  Ruth

No doubt the contractors are too smart, and can't afford to, live there.
Kinda like contractors in Manhattan.  And everywhere else, too, now that
you mention it.
