Hello St Johns Celiac list -
Thank you to everyone who responded with food list information. Each and every response was helpful.
I received many website and even a few personally kept lists - which I have consolidated for my own use (if anyone is interested email me and I will send it along). Some hints and tips were sent along with the information and I put those at the bottom of this email.

Just a comment. Do not get comfortable with lists that do brands. You still must read the labels, as manufacturers can change ingredients at any time, and the only way you will know will be by the ingredients list on the labels. It gets easier as you go.
(the delphi site)One of the best parts of the site is the recipes section. One poster, called Mireille, is a restaurant owner and gourmet chef. She has thousands and thousands of mouth watering ideas, and good advice on what to use as substitutions, etc. You may find, as I did, that you are eating much better tasting, and more nutritious food as a result of this diagnosis!
