Hi all,
Here I am again; don't know who else to interrogate!!!!
I suspect that I'm developing a problem with dairy . . . my rosacea has broken out the two times I've had ice cream in the past month and I feel sick, bloated, & uncomfortable when I have milk.
Should I give up ALL dairy(I love cheese AND yogurt AND tea with lots of milk)? For how long? How does one determine if it's a lactose intolerence vs allergy vs caseine problems(don't know anything about this)
What can I use in my tea and cereal? I don't know what I'll eat for breakfast if I can't have yogurt(Stoneyfield Farm plain).
I am very careful about my gf diet, so I can't imagine that it could be a gluten issue.
I was allergic to eggs as an infant, and have always felt kind of yucky after eating them.
I've been gf since May 02.
