I had some of the same questions as JS about page 17 in the new Gluten Free Living issue.
To JS, the peanut butter and yogurt we listed under the
100% Pure heading. If you can find any labeled 100% pure, it would be GF.
My question was on rice noodles under Ethnic Foods.
The last time I picked up rice noodles in my grocery store, the second ingredient listed was Wheat Flour. That's certainly not GF. I wonder where Amy buys her rice noodles. Susan, OH
