Hi. I am trying to figure out a total amount for the items I purchased
because of their g.f. status. I am wondering if I can include the
difference for items if I knew of only one specific g.f. brand, even
though there may be others. For example, margarine, or potato chips,
or soy milk, or hummus. And what do I do if there is an item that might
be g.f. across the board. For example, if hummus was a product that
would never have gluten in it (I don't know if this is even the case),
could I then deduct it in my expenses?

Thanks,
Yehudit
