     Just got this response from the Lee Kum Kee Company about their
products.  Still have not found a GF hoisin sauce, they don't list theirs...
anyone know of one that is GF for sure and  is  available on the net?

We are pleased to list out the products which do not include ingredients
of wheat, rye, oats and barley for your kind reference:

    Minced Garlic, Minced Ginger, Portuguese (Coconut) Sauce, Sa Cha
Sauce, Siriracha Chili Sauce, Fine Shrimp Sauce, Sauce for Sweet & Sour
Spare Ribs

Our new Choy Sun Oyster Flavored Sauce does not include ingredients of
"Wheat" is on market recently.  The new bottle is a little bit thinner
than the current one and with a lug cap.  Please check the label which
has the Best Before date later than 04/01/2005 and marked "PRODUCT OF
USA".  The current one is marked "PRODUCT OF HONG KONG".
