Hi Fokes:

While operating a Digital mode such as PSK or RTTY, does a screen reader
which normally utilizes the soundcard for output have to be configured to
utilize an external speetch synthasizer?
I'm currently running JFW and eliquence through my sound card and I'm
wondering how do you set up when you have a sound card interface for
digital operations?
