Hi,
I believe that the newer TV out cards using the NVIDIA chipset just have
to be hooked up to the TV before you turn the system on, for them to
output to the TV.
If you boot up on a monitor screen, I don't think there is a command to
switch from one to the other. I may be wrong. I use an EVGA, 64m,
mx440 and that is how it behaves for me, But I will check the properies
and see.

Well, I have to go into Display Properties.... Settings....Advanced, and
then set the card for TV OUT. It won't do this automatically. I assume
you have to do something similar with your Gainward to tell it to output
to TV.
