Yes -- I actually like the roasted beans (called "Nibs") -- they contain no
sugar but are an acquired taste.  If you find very dark chocolate (70% or
higher bitter), I doubt you'll like roasted cocoa beans.  I don't think cocoa is
paleo in terms of being able to eat the beans raw, unprocessed, so we should
probably get back on topic.
