Hello everyone:


I am diabetic, and I wish to follow the Paleo Diet.  I
know that Ray Audette was diabetic, and he managed
just fine.

Please don't tell me to read books, I have
retinopathy, and need type of about 18 point or
bigger, so it's frustrating to pick up a copy of the
PaleoDiet book, or Neanderthin, and seeing a big blur.
 The online stuff is easier, because I can increase
the type size.

Can somebody just put it together with a few
paragraphs, and I'll have my friends read me the rest,
slowly?

Thanks very much; I know this can save my life.
