Hi Paleopundits:

 >Years ago, my grandpa ordered scrambled eggs and brains at a restaurant.

My 80 year old mum and I used to have creamed brains or sweetbreads on
toast. She made a lovely white sauce with a bit of sherry in it. It was yummy.
A couple of years ago I fried up some supermarket brains for Mum and me.
The after effects made me think I was going to die - some sort of food
poisoning! I'm surprised my mum lived through that.
I would only eat certified grass fed organs after that experience.

Paleobest,
Susan
