of course; wel better to say lipids whose composition is significantly high
in SFA [30%+].

tell me, when you see the edge of fat on a steak, is that fat or oil?
what do you surmise is the fat in marrow and kidney/heart fat? is it fat or
is it oil?

sure does. to some extent it's a window into the past. so what have you
discoverd in your research?

oh? organ meats are eaten widely in many countries.  how little you know.

can you explain this bit further?
marrow and depot fat are high in SFA. paleo man ate them. so in order to
imitate him, we should not eat them. is this it?
