For those who want off, the following (excerpted from the welcome message) will do it.

* COMMANDS are sent [log in to unmask]
with one of the following commands in the body of the message:
SIGNOFF NO-MILK        - to leave/unsubscribe from the list

Of course, I'm not sure how this list has been generating too much 
traffic - average over the last 12 months, it's about 1 message every 
two weeks or so ;-)
