I'm in Maine, so jersey would be a bit of a hike. WHat's strange is I
haven't noticed the circles lately, so what ever it was must have worked its
way out. I'm keeping a close eye on them though. I remember reading
somewhere that ginseng is also good for asthma, taking cpsules on a regular
basis or drinking the tea when an attack is just sarting. The hot liquid
helps the breathing as well as the herb itself. My girls like tea, so we use
it when we have the extra money to pick up a box at the health food store.
